Investing Terms & Conditions

By investing in LinkTech, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: Investors must be 18 years or older.
2. Investment Risk: All investments carry a level of risk. Returns are not guaranteed and capital is at risk.
3. Use of Funds: Your investment will be used for business expansion, development and operations.
4. Returns: Expected ROI is based on current projections and market performance and may vary.
5. Confidentiality: Investor details and data will be kept confidential and not shared without consent.
6. ShareHolding: Shares will be given as: Investor's Shareholding (%)=(Amount Invested/Total Projected Revenue) x 100.
7. Share % Change: Shareholding percentage is subject to change. This can happen when investors inject new funds.
8. Buying more shares: Should you inject more cash, your new shareholding will be calculated as: Investor Shareholding(%)=[(Old Amount + New Amount)/Total Projected Revenue] x 100.
9. Minimum Amount: Minimum Investment amount of ZMW 2500 ONLY.
10. Profit Disbursement: We are honored to have you on board as an investor. Please note that your investment is strategically positioned for long-term growth and sustainability. While immediate profits may not be disbursed, rest assured that returns will begin once the Margin On Revenue reaches a financially stable and scalable position. Our commitment is to build a solid foundation that ensures your investment yields meaningful and lasting value.
11. Investment Holding Period: Once an investment is made with LinkTech, the funds are subject to a mandatory holding period of six months. During this time, the capital will be actively utilized in accordance with our strategic investment framework to ensure optimal growth and performance. As such, early withdrawals or refunds cannot be accommodated within this period. Investors will be eligible to request the return of their funds only after the full six-month term has concluded. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of our investment operations.
12. Suspension: We value every Investor’s trust and commitment. However, in cases where actions or decisions made by an investor are found to be significantly misaligned with our values, mission, or obligations, we reserve the right to respectfully exit the investment. In such situations, we will process a refund of the invested amount.
13. Compliance: All investments are subject to our business policies and financial regulations.
